We are seeking a Marketing Analytics Manager (Remote) to join our growing team!

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Position Summary

Momentive Software is seeking a Marketing Analytics Manager to support marketing and sales teams with in-depth reporting, analytics, and strategic insights. This role will be responsible for measuring campaign performance, analyzing pipeline influence, and optimizing marketing and sales data integrity. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and adept at translating data into actionable strategies that drive demand generation, sales enablement, and revenue growth.

A Day in the Life

  • Marketing & Sales Analytics
    • Develop and maintain real-time dashboards and reports in HubSpot, Salesforce, Looker, Power BI, or Tableau to track marketing and sales performance across key metrics (lead generation, conversion rates, pipeline influence, CAC, ROI, etc.).
    • Conduct deep-dive analyses on lead funnel performance, attribution modeling, and customer segmentation to inform marketing and sales strategies.
    • Maintain competitive analysis and customer segment insights to support positioning, messaging, and demand generation strategies.
  • Demand Generation & Sales Alignment
    • Support demand generation efforts by providing data-driven insights that optimize campaign targeting, lead quality, and marketing investment decisions.
    • Ensure sales and marketing alignment by analyzing lead tracking, management, and performance reporting, adjusting as needed based on market conditions, customer insights, and emerging opportunities.
    • Act as a liaison between Marketing, Sales, and Business Development teams, ensuring smooth communication of insights and data.
  • Reporting & Performance Measurement
    • Compile, consolidate, and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly marketing KPIs to Marketing and Sales leadership, supporting decision-making with data-backed recommendations.
    • Prepare executive-level reports (Excel, PowerPoint) for leadership meetings, ensuring clear communication of key insights and trends.
    • Conduct regular data audits to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and integrity across all marketing systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, SalesLoft, Drift, Fastlane, etc.).
  • Marketing Technology & Operational Support
    • Manage the technical aspects of key marketing systems, ensuring seamless tracking, distribution, and reporting of leads and campaign performance.
    • Optimize marketing automation workflows and data pipelines to improve reporting efficiency and marketing performance measurement.
    • Act as the traffic manager for advertising and campaign performance tracking, ensuring all marketing programs are measured effectively.

We are looking for someone who brings

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, operations, or business intelligence within a B2B SaaS environment required
  • Proficiency with marketing platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, SalesLoft, Drift, Fastlane) and BI tools (Looker, HockeyStack, Power BI, Excel) required
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to present to and work with senior executives required
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and business development teams required
  • Ability to build and maintain dashboards and reports, prepare executive-level presentations (Excel & PowerPoint) required
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data for non-technical audiences required
  • Proven problem-solving ability; highly organized, resourceful, and deadline-driven required
  • Familiarity with demand generation strategy and marketing attribution models required
  • Knowledge of digital marketing metrics (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) required
  • Experience in Revenue Operations or supporting BDR/Sales Enablement teams preferred

  • Familiarity with demand generation strategy and account-based marketing (ABM) principles preferred

  • QBR (Quarterly Business Review) experience preferred 

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
